Beran Conference 2024: Event terms and conditions
- Payment: Attendance at the event is complimentary. Your ticket grants access to Chatsworth House and gardens, along with parking. Day 1 includes morning refreshments, lunch, and an evening meal. Day 2 provides refreshments and lunch. Additional expenses, such as extra drinks and purchases from the gift shop or cafe, are not covered by your event ticket. These purchases are excluded from the ticket and will be at the attendee's expense.
- Photography and recording: Beran reserves the right to take photographs, video, audio recordings, and soundbites during the event. Attendees consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes, including but not limited to promotion of future events and marketing on digital platforms, print, website, and social media.
- Participant responsibility: Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. Beran cannot be held responsible for any losses or injuries incurred during the event.
- Health and Safety: Attendees are accountable for their personal safety throughout the event. Beran advises all participants to comply with safety protocols and directives given by Chatsworth House and event personnel, as well as to adhere to their respective company's health and safety regulations.
- Event venue: Adhere to the regulations and safety guidelines provided by Chatsworth House, the designated event venue host.
- Personal belongings: Beran is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings, equipment, laptops, or vehicles brought to the event by attendees.
- Communication: Beran may use SMS messages for urgent communications about the event. Attendees will receive emails and postal mail regarding the event.
- Event capacity: Beran will close registration when the event reaches capacity. Attendees are encouraged to register early to secure their spot.
- Venue and date changes: Beran reserves the right to change the event venue, date, or other details as required. Attendees will be informed of any changes.
- Event cancellation: In the event of cancellation, Beran will notify attendees as soon as possible. Beran is not liable for any expenses incurred by attendees due to the cancellation.
- Cancellation by attendees: Attendees who can no longer attend are requested to notify Beran as soon as possible to allow for reassignment of their spot to another attendee due to limited capacity.
- Right to cancel or decline registration: Beran reserves the right to cancel or decline a registration at its discretion.
- Updates to Terms and Conditions: Beran reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time prior to the event. Attendees will be notified of any changes.
