Event Terms and Conditions

Course details

  • Location: Beran, CMTG Head Office, Hatchmoor Industrial Estate, Torrington, Devon, EX38 7HP.
  • Dates: Tuesday 13 - Thursday 15 May 2025.
  • Start time: 09:00 each day.

Payment terms

  1. A purchase order is required to confirm attendance for existing customers. For new customers, payment can be made via credit card, or we can provide a proforma invoice if credit checks are not passed. Full payment is not required in advance, but coverage for the cost of the course is necessary to secure your place.
  2. Cancellations by the customer within 30 days of the course start date will result in full course fees being charged. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this period or for non-attendance.
  3. Requests to transfer a booking to a future course date will be reviewed case-by-case but cannot be guaranteed. Transfers to the next training course are subject to availability and require a minimum notice of 30 days before the original course start date.

Course inclusions and exclusions

  1. The course fee includes:
    • Teas, coffee, and a buffet lunch are available on all training days.
    • An attendance certificate.
    • A Beran Rotor Dynamics Manual.
  2. The course fee excludes:
    • Travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses.
    • Any additional refreshments or items not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions.

Delegate information

  1. Delegates are required to complete a pre-course questionnaire to capture the following details:
    • Health conditions and accessibility requirements.
    • Emergency contact names and numbers.
    • Dietary preferences or restrictions.
  2. Substitutions of delegate names are permitted at any time before the course start date.

Health, safety, and venue guidelines

  1. Attendees are responsible for their personal safety and must adhere to the health and safety protocols provided by Beran and the course venue.
  2. Parking is free on-site at CMTG Offices, Hatchmoor Industrial Estate, Torrington, Devon, EX38 7HP.
  3. Accessibility accommodations will be provided based on individual needs identified in the pre-course questionnaire.

Photography and recording

  1. Beran reserves the right to take photographs, video, and audio recordings during the course.
  2. By attending, delegates consent to use their image and recordings for promotional purposes, including marketing materials, digital platforms, and social media.

Personal belongings

  1. Delegates are responsible for all of their personal belongings, including equipment, laptops, and vehicles.
  2. Beran is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the training course.

Communication

  1. Urgent communications about the course may be sent via SMS or email. Delegates are responsible for providing up-to-date contact information.

Venue, dates, and capacity

  1. The course will be held at Beran, CMTG Head Office, Hatchmoor Industrial Estate, Torrington, Devon.
  2. Beran reserves the right to adjust the venue, dates, or course details as necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
  3. The course has limited capacity to ensure a quality learning experience. Early registration is encouraged.

Event cancellation

  1. In the event of course cancellation by Beran, delegates will be notified as soon as possible.
  2. Beran is not liable for any expenses incurred by attendees due to course cancellation.

Right to refuse or cancel registration

  1. Beran reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration at its discretion.

Updates to Terms and Conditions

  1. Beran reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time before the course. Delegates will be notified of any updates.
