Quality Approvals

Helitune's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018 (technically equivalent to AS9100D and JIS Q 9100:2016), which are implemented throughout all of its sites of operation.

Quality is an integral part of Helitune's philosophy for providing world-class products and services to meet our customers’ requirements in an effective and economic manner. The quality management system is established and maintained at all levels within the Company and throughout the entire life cycle of our products and services.

Helitune is part of a consortium that has established state-of-the-art test facilities in the UK. These include a Product Assessment and Reliability Centre (Parc), and an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) centre.  Through the use of these facilities, the Company is able to assure the design and manufacturing quality of its products, and validate those products for use in a wide range of environmental and operational conditions.

Helitune has preferred supplier status along with product and quality system approvals from a number of major customers, including the Ministry of Defence (MOD), Bundeswehr (BWB), and the U.S. Coastguard.

Helitune has achieved a number of “SMART” awards for the technical innovation of its products. As a company, Helitune is continually striving to improve the quality of its products, services, and systems.

In addition to reviewing and analysing our internal processes and systems, Helitune conducts regular customer surveys to determine how we may improve or enhance our products and services.
