Charlotte Hone is a highly accomplished engineering manager with a decade of experience in photonics and optics product development across various sectors, including aerospace, defence, life sciences, space, and telecommunications. 

Holding a BSc in Physics and a Distinction in her Executive MBA from the University of Exeter, Charlotte expertly blends technical acumen with strategic leadership.

As the Product Development Manager at CMTG, Charlotte plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and overseeing the development of cutting-edge condition monitoring solutions. 

With 10 years in the industry and 7 years leading large-scale projects, Charlotte has a proven track record in managing complex product development processes. Her experience at G&H Photonics and Renishaw has equipped her with robust skills in project management and cross-functional leadership.

At the Beran Conference, Charlotte will deliver a presentation on CMTG’s product development roadmap, offering insights from the past 12 months and outlining future directions.
