Douglas Graham is the Operations Director and General Manager at Beran, a leading provider of condition-monitoring solutions. 

With extensive expertise in managing operational processes and strategic planning, Douglas has been instrumental in enhancing the performance of Beran’s protection and monitoring systems.

Since joining Beran, Douglas has held pivotal roles, including Engineering Manager from 2013 to 2022, and has been in his current positions since 2017. His contributions have been crucial in advancing Beran’s PlantProtech™ PCMS (Plant Condition Monitoring System) technologies and optimising system performance for complex industrial applications.

Douglas’s expertise lies in streamlining data flow and configuring protection modules to ensure that Beran’s solutions are both reliable and tailored to the needs of the power generation and utility sectors. His leadership has driven significant innovation at Beran, maintaining the company’s position as an industry leader and expanding its service offerings.

Academically, Douglas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Exeter and a PG Diploma in Aerospace from the University of the West of England, where he graduated with distinction. His combination of technical skills and strategic management has been key to Beran’s continued success in the condition monitoring industry.
