Presentation
Installation and through-life support services for online vibration monitoring systems.
Abstract
This presentation will showcase recent projects involving the installation of Beran Instruments' PlantProtech™ 7600 PCMS online vibration monitoring system in the UK and international power stations. Key topics will include the selection of vibration and speed sensors, custom bracketry, cabling, and the design and manufacture of enclosures. We will also cover interfacing with third-party systems, and the comprehensive installation and commissioning programmes we offer. The discussion will extend to through-life support services, such as annual calibration of sensors, open-loop checks, and the latest developments in remote system support at a detailed modular level. Our goal is to demonstrate how Beran Instruments, with its skilled team of installation and service engineers, simplifies the entire process for our customers, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
