Since joining Beran Instruments in 2016, Roger has led the software team, contributing significantly to developing Beran's PlantProtech™ range of condition monitoring products. Originally from the Netherlands, Roger’s expertise includes agile methodologies, automated testing, and team management, which have been crucial in advancing Beran's software solutions.

As the Software Team Lead at Beran, Roger is pivotal in driving the development of cutting-edge condition monitoring software, ensuring reliability and performance in critical environments.
