Description
VibSim’s purpose is to simulate on the workshop table or in a training room fixed wings or rotating blades aircraft’s vibrations.
The equipment is mainly reserved for the training of aeronautical maintenance technicians as well as for design offices.
The speed of the discs being adjustable, it is possible to simulate any type of helicopter and to train in the use of any vibration analyser (such as the Syntham 5000) thanks to the brackets provided to install the various sensors required (accelerometer, vibrometer, optical pick-up, and magnetic pick-up).
Main rotor
- 2 setting arms with tri-axes brackets
- 3, 4, or 5 Blades mini-rotors are usable for stroboscopic visualization
- Over vibration automatic shut-down
- 1 tri-axes bracket on top of rotor foot
- 1-speed sensor bracket
Tail rotor
- 2 tri-axes brackets on rotor base
- 2 positions for sensors on rotor foot
- 3-speed sensor position (9’, 12’, 3’ o’clock)
- Over vibration automatic shut-down
