Mechanical integration

In order to fully master its design process, Semia also has its own mechanical design office in order to quickly design boxes, supports, frames, personalized cases, etc … adapted to the uses and allowing to meet the physical requirements (ex: impact resistance ) and environmental (saline environments, impermeability, etc.).

Equipped with CAD software (SolidWorks) and CAD/CAM equipment (3D digital milling for the production of prototype parts), the mechanical design office is able to meet the requirements of internal projects but also the specific requests of external customers.

Semia is able to carry out any project in a complete way (electronic – User Interface – mechanical) while keeping control of all the stages and by proposing a sharp reactivity for any evolution.
