  • Rik Geerdink (Senior Vibrations Expert and CEO, In2ViBa): Presented Condition-Based Maintenance Chapter 2 with a case study on returning a gas turbine unit to service using Beran’s PlantProtech™ 7600 PCMS.
  • Mal Stein (Senior Reliability Condition Monitoring Engineer, SSE Thermal): Delivered a case study on SSE Thermal's use of PlantProtech™ Vision for day-to-day monitoring through alarm functions.
  • Dr. Nicolas Billiard (GadCap Technical Solutions): Introduced CapaciSense technology for non-contact turbomachinery blade tip monitoring, enhancing efficiency and preventing blade failures.
  • Sébastien Grégoire (Senior Vibration Expert, Engie Laborelec): Offered insights into machine fault diagnosis with a detailed case study on resolving complex faults.
  • Professor Aly El-Shafei (Managing Director, RITEC and Professor of Vibration Engineering, Cairo University): Discussed Shaft Centerline Diagnostics in rotating machinery, supported by fluid film bearings, demonstrating its application in resolving instability and resonance issues.
  • Charlotte Hone (Product Development Manager, Beran): Gave an overview of PCMS: The Next Generation, showcasing recent product updates and future roadmap.
  • Roger van Velzen (Software Team Leader, Beran): Led an exclusive preview of PlantProtech™ Vision Software, offering a glimpse into enhanced user interfaces, performance improvements, and customisable dashboards.
  • Simon Carr (System Engineer: Turbine and Auxiliaries, Heysham 2 Power Station) and Chris Gilroy (Dynamics Technical Lead and SME, EDF Energy): Presented a fascinating case study on the Return to Service of a 660MW Unit using 3D scanning technology to resolve severe vibration issues.
  • Douglas Graham (Operations Director, Beran): Provided insights into PlantProtech™ PCMS Protection Modules and configuration systems, highlighting data flow optimisation and performance enhancement.
  • Peter Morrish (CMTG, Beran): Explored the configuration and future roadmap of the PROTOR™ Mobile.
  • Joseph Redwine and Roger Honaker (Owners, OneShot Balancing): Led a dynamic session on the interplay between technical calculations and artistry in solving high-vibration challenges during their presentation, Balancing: Art or Math?
