The A/1800 range of IEPE Seismic accelerometers is specifically developed to provide a high voltage output, using multiple shear plates for micro g level measurement. Virtual immunity to strain input side effects provides a guarantee of low frequency and measurement integrity.  As with all IEPE types of accelerometer, the A/1800 requires a constant current supply in the range of 2 to 20mA, this can be supplied by suitably equipped hardware front ends or via the voltage source modules available from DJB Instruments range of Instrumentation.

For applications over 125ºC, a charge output version of this accelerometer (A/800) can deliver solutions up to 250ºC
