DJB’s seismic accelerometers are engineered for ultra-low-frequency vibration measurement, offering exceptional sensitivity for detecting micro ‘g’ motion. Due to their high-output design—typically 10V/g or 9000pC/g—these accelerometers contain a significantly larger mass and a greater volume of piezoelectric material than standard test and measurement sensors.

Optimised for seismic applications, these accelerometers operate within a limited high-frequency range, typically 500Hz to 1kHz, with a peak measurement range of just 0.5g. This makes them ideal for structural health monitoring, geophysical studies, and other precision low-level vibration testing.
