Rotortuner RT-6

The Helitune Rotortuner RT-6™ represents the latest advancement in our renowned Rotortuner product line.

This state-of-the-art system is engineered for precision in dynamic balancing, tracking, and vibration analysis for aerospace applications.

Description

The RT-6 is a cutting-edge, carry-on Rotor Track and Balance (RTB) and Vibration Analysis (VA) system, designed for airborne use and compliant with EMC and environmental standards of RTCA/DO-160. It excels in RTB, shaft balancing, high-speed shaft monitoring, and general vibration analysis.

Equipped with 16 measurement channels and 8 expandable speed reference channels, the RT-6 allows for simultaneous and parallel data collection. Its new RTB solution algorithm (MFR) optimises flight time and minimises the number of flights needed, enhancing efficiency.

Flitepad® Hand-Held Terminal

The Flitepad® is a robust, flight-qualified touchscreen tablet that operates with a gloved hand. It features a large storage capacity, accommodating data for various aircraft types and tail numbers.

Compatibility

The RT-6 system is compatible with many components from earlier models, such as the RT-2000 and RT-5JS+, offering a cost-effective upgrade path.

Product benefits

  • Reduced flight times with simultaneous data collection
  • Fewer flights are needed due to the Minimum Flight Routine (MFR) algorithm
  • User-friendly interface requiring minimal training
