We define 'Quality' as not just meeting our customers' requirements but exceeding them whenever possible. Our Quality Management System (QMS), certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D (Aerospace Quality Management System), is established and maintained at all levels within the company, covering the entire lifecycle of our products and services.

Quality Objectives are defined annually as part of our Business Plan, setting specific, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each core business process. Senior Management ensures that the Quality Policy is communicated to all employees and reviewed annually to maintain its suitability for the organisation.

Our Quality Policy outlines our dedication to achieving and maintaining the highest standards across all functions, from design and production to customer service.

We continuously strive to improve the quality of our products, services, and internal processes, ensuring they meet both established requirements and customer needs. This commitment to quality is not only an organisational goal but a personal responsibility for each employee, who plays an integral role in maintaining excellence and driving continual improvement.

The effectiveness of our Quality Management System is regularly reviewed and refined to support the strategic direction of the organisation. This ongoing review process helps us set measurable quality objectives, which are incorporated into our annual business plan and tracked through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Our QMS conforms to the international standards of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D, ensuring the highest level of quality across all aspects of our operations. Through our consistent focus on quality, we aim to deliver outstanding reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Management System Certification

We are proud to share that Helitune Ltd and Beran Instruments Ltd have been certified to the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard. This certification demonstrates our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace health and safety.

What does this mean?

The certificate recognises our robust management system and processes for:

  • Design and Manufacture: Condition monitoring and transducer calibration systems, including installation, service, and support.
  • Aviation Solutions: Design, manufacture, repair, and maintenance of aircraft rotor track and balance (RTB) systems, vibration monitoring ground support equipment (GSE), and onboard systems.

Our certification is valid from 09 March 2025 through 08 March 2028, continuing a legacy of excellence since our initial certification in March 2022.
